Toronto, September 19, 2017 – It is with mixed emotions we announce the retirement of our President, Irwin Beron.  After 50 years in the lighting industry, Irwin has decided to step down as President and hand over the reins to his eldest son, David Beron.  David will assume the position of President, effective immediately.  Irwin will remain on as Chairman, which will allow him to enjoy some well-deserved rest and relaxation with his lovely wife Lynette and seven grandchildren, yet still free to impart his many years of experience and expertise whenever possible as Chairman of RAB Design.

Halifax, NS June 1^st, 2016 – Irwin Beron, serving his 15^th year as President of RAB Design Lighting, was honoured with the Canadian Electrical Manufacturers Representatives Association (CEMRA) Person of the Year Award last night at the 2016 EFC Conference. This accolade was a commemoration of almost 30 years of contribution by Mr. Beron to the Canadian Electrical Industry.

RAB Design Lighting, a leading Canadian manufacturer of lighting products, announced that Greg Guisso has been named Director of Sales. In this role, Greg will be responsible for driving the sales strategy for RAB Design and its broad range of lighting products in the North American market.

Earlier this year, Electro-Federation Canada (EFC) announced Brendon Earl as the recipient of the RAB Design Lighting Award of Excellence. Brendon is currently in his 2^nd year pursuing a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering at the University of Victoria, BC. Mr. Doug Redhead, VP-Finance of RAB Design Lighting had the opportunity to visit Brendon in Victoria and learn more about him.
